Operating Electricity
The electricity for the flat is controlled by a power box located by the front door. You need to flick the switch on the right hand side of the box, at the top. It is a black bar approximately 1 inch long.
Water
There are stopcocks in the bathroom on the wall above the bath and under the sink in the kitchen there is a stopcock for the washing machine. Turn these on as soon as you have turned the electricity on and turn then all off when you leave.
Fridge
Check the setting in the fridge for operation.
Water Heater
This is located in the two bedded bedroom in the wardrobe.
Shutters and Patio Door
Do not close these behind you when out on the patio as you will not be able to get back in!
Servicemen, Hawkers and Vendors
Do not pay out money for any services yourself, refer any enquires regarding the apartment on to the site president.
